If you have not lived in an area for long or are brand new, knowing how home values are distributed can be difficult to get a handle on. Our available homes are a good way to begin, but they don't provide much detail for comparison. In the past, newcomers had to rely almost solely on the advice of their real estate agent. To address this need, we crunched years of sales data until we came up with our Home Value Map. It is sort of like a "Value Topography Map," with the dark spots indicating the highest values or peaks and the lightest areas showing the value valleys. If you used a topographical map out in the wilderness, you can think of it as a "Home Hiking Map." At a glance, you can see how values vary across our communities...years worth of information compacted into a single visual display. | |
Notes: There are ten gradations of shading on the map. Each darker gradation shows a corresponding increase in value. |
